As an American expat, my expectations of what primary care should be like here were very different. I was registered at a practice in Loanhead and the treatment was horrible. Poor follow up, uninterested Drs, rude staff and I could go in and on. A friend suggested Roslin practice. Its like night and day compared to my old practice. The Drs actually examine you, listen to you, treat you with respect and provide excellent timely follow up. The staff is lovely and I feel so relieved I am now getting competent care. Thank you!
